Balmoral Street Medical Centre

Dr consultation was really good but traumatic infant vaccination, old nurse was good as usual but trainee nurse was not good at all , u guys shouldn't appoint trainee nurse for infants , she was bleeding from left leg and stained my shirt , it's less stain for mother it's more .. and the trolley incident about to hit the head of my Bub, almost hit it if o didn't notice, luckily we were aware and old nurse moved it , it made me upset .. 2 nurses given injection on both leg , old nurse was good on right leg and trainee nurse looks like stabbing in her left leg .. came home saw the video n reliase

I've been a patient here since I was a child (now in my 20s), and it's full of very professional staff! I have a doctor I see regularly, however if i'm short of time i'll wait for 'any doctor' and they all seem very caring :)
Reception is unavoidably a bustling station, but they seem to genuinely care and are happy to offer alternatives to waiting in the waiting room. Very nice decor since the renovation!

Balmoral has been my medical centre for 13yrs, yes you have to wait in you walk in,but doctors are great and they bulk bill. I always highly recommend this clinic. Go Balmoral St.

Poor staff at reception. Was waiting for a long time and asked about the wait. Couldn't tell me how long (obviously) but wouldn't tell me my position in next available doctor queue. They were getting upset at another person who was asking the same. After 2 and a half hours and seeing everyone who was in the centre when I arrived had left, I asked again and they told me that I was never entered into the system properly when I arrived.

It is a pity because the doctors are often very good. The problem is the people at reception are hit and miss. This keeps happening, I've given up and won't be going back.

My experience with this medical centre has been great, although during busy hours you sometimes have to wait for up to an hour if you are a walk-in, but this is true with any bulk-bill medical centres. The doctor I see every time is polite. Reception staff is generally caring and polite, but some can do better.
