I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this store for party supplies, or balloons as the staff seem bad of organising an order, following through with that order, and then if they make a mistake, rectifying the situation.

This store is very over priced, i brought the same item else where for $30 cheaper. The sales assistant told me what i wanted did not exist, when it clearly did just so they could sell me something that was $10 more. Very unimpressed by all aspects, it had been my 3rd vistit and it got worse the last time. Go down the road to spotlight, they are cheaper and will not rip you off.

good shop for party needs, tho when i entered the store i was not greeted, fair enough, i was in there for about 5-10 min looking for something i just couldn't find, i kept looking over at the staff(that was talking on the phone) for assistance as i was on my lunch break, after no response i stood at the front of the store waiting for help and she stood there and keep talking on the phone, i waited about there for about 2 Min's standing in front of them then had to leave, i felt like i wasted my time and had no help, and they lost on a big sale.. never going there again

I fully recommend Baloonys for all your party needs. I go there every time we have a celebration and have been going there for the past 16 years. The service is exceptional and the prices are great. Thank you for providing a fantastic party supply place. I will keep recommending everyone to you. BL xx
