Terrible!! Don't order the mixed platter for two on the entres. The waitress said we would get a selection from the entre menus which sounded lovely! All we got was some dip and bread and disgusting charred fish and chicken skewers- which weren't on the entre list. I barley ate anything it was disgusting! I wish I complained sooner.
Always busy and good if you are going to the movies across the road. However the menu is a litte pricey for what you get. The pizza is good and my friend recommends the steak, however he ordered a scotch which they got wrong 3 times. The cake there is nice. The staff are young and sometimes seem unimpressed
NO RATINGS EVER. Absolutely terrible. Once upon a time I was a frequent visitor to this establishment. Yet it has deteriorated beyond belief. My order came out terribly late, and absolutely burnt to a crisp. My medium rare steak I had ordered was way over done; the first few mouthfuls were like rubber. I asked for a management staff to explain politely to them how my meal was in fact inedible, to which the management staff proceeded to argue with me saying how it looked fine and there was no need for them to replace it. After a few minutes and not much luck, I stood up and demanded that they replace it as I would not pay 40 bucks for a plate of burnt food. Agreed, we visited in Dec last year (2013). The management was extremely rude. Half our tables food was extremely late. No apologises.
The group went with have now made a vow never ever to go there again! I hope the new restaurant development at Eastland gives them the wift kick they need to start treating their customers in proper business manner.
Visited again on a Saturday night for a pre-movie dinner and it was great! What a change from my previous visit. The meals were great value and drinks reasonable. The staff were helpful and meals arrived quickly to facilitate movie attendance afterwards. Overall a great improvement, perhaps new management?
