Balwyn Coffee Centre

The Balwyn Coffee Centre makes its own special blend roast, which is lovely - very smooth, no bitterness whatsoever - and I have used for a couple of years. This is important for an espresso and long black drinker like me. They are very friendly and flexible, in fact - when I first tried it, as the special blend did not quite hit the spot in terms of flavour, they mixed it specially for me with another roast, which now makes it perfect. They will do that every time for me, on demand. They are marvellous. I recommend them.
