Surprised at some bad feedback below. Been going there for 20+ years and the staff have always bent over backwards to help me and my family. Love Drs. Lancaster and Lok and have just met the Kilby Heights doctors and all seem great. It is my family practice and I intend to keep it that way.

The wait times are well beyond that of any other doctor I've been to. After being told no one could talk to me on the spot about my complain about wait times, One staff told me that my complain was \"invalid\"
Sir, this is a mischievous complaint based on our inability to service your needs after you arrived extremelly late and was then followed by your marked aggression at receptionists and doctors. This complaint is rejected.
Worst GP place ever!!! charged $70 for an adult and medicare only rebate $35. we got there in the morning not busy there are 2 receptionist sitting there chatting each other with out even looking at mehad to wait 5 mins before one of them realise there is actually a person standing in frontbad Bad attitude!!! never go back there again
Thanks for your review. We are sorry we could not please you. We are a privately billing clinic and as such our consultation times are longer and consultation standards are higher than the 5 minute bulk billing clinics. Please note our private fees are some of the lowest in the eastern suburbs. All fees attract a medicare rebate so your out of pocket expence was less than half.
Since expanding things seem a little less family orientated. Perhaps the new building works have forced an expansion that is beyond the old patient base.
Thank-you for your comments. We modernized the building and included children play areas and an x-box for our younger patients. We also added more doctors to provide more available consultations and a greater range of services. The vast majority of our patients present with their families and we remain focused on quality family care.
