I have read through the mixed reviews and can only add another negative review.

Extremely rude and unfriendly.

They were annoyed l did not have $30 cash to pay for a battery changed on a watch and had to use a credit card.

Will not use or recommend.

was charged $25 to take a link out of a watch band, was met with a rude response after I questioned this, asked them to stop 20 seconds after he started as I didn't want to pay that much but was ignored, won't be going back

Dennis is great - he manufactures his own high quality work and I have bought many pieces from him. I like his work as it's different and often original - you can be confident about getting a "one-off" piece from him. He is friendly, approachable, honest and always my first stop when I want some jewellery. I haven't been disappointed yet. Thanks Dennis
