Bamboo Hut Bistro

Just finished eating what we ordered. There was plenty wrong the last couple times we have ordered. They are not filling the containers to the top they are half full and for the money we just paid i would have expected it was full. the satay beefs had hardly any sauce, the crispy beef my partner and i only had 5 pieces of meat each and it was all gone. the rice had no flavor and it took 45 mins to make everything when no body was there. Truly disappointing as it use to be a great place to buy take away.

Booked for 6.30 and all arrived on time. No greeting! No table service at all. Had to go to the counter to order and prepay our meal. Asked for water and could we change tables due to the direct sun and heat. No! Staff got rude when we asked for any sort of service. Have had take away fom there before and it was okay....tonight it was really bad and so salty. Another group arrived at 7pm and they got table service and their food was delivered before our entree's. (They were regulars apparently)

Advised the staff that their phone was off the hook and was told that the kitchen staff told them to....What the??? We will never go back.
