Bamyan Halal Butchers
Very unprofessional service and rude behaviour. I gave my Kurbani order to Bamyan and they promised to give me the goat meat 3 days after the Kurbani. I also paid money for 12 KG meat. They failed to give the meat on due day and refused to give it 2 days after as they didn't have butcher at that time. WHen I got the meat, it was only 8 KG and I asked whether it required any adjustment! Initially they said it didn't happen according to their order and no adjustment was required. WHen I was surprised, they calculated and found a difference of 42 AUD and they immediate returned that money. If I wouldn't ask about the adjustment, I am sure they would not return it to me. Due to less amount of meat, I coundn't able to share it properly with my friends and relatives. They are not even sorry for the inconvenience.
