Nothing but great things to say about Angela and the team. Recently I had a doctor miss out an important interaction between medications, I received print-outs and info from the pharmacist that the doctor didn't warn me about and it was critical. I always get a huge smile, great service and more importantly the right medical advice.
Over Christmas I found the staff here extremely rude and unwilling to help in anyway. They literally watched me as I walked around the shop for 15 minutes as if I was going to steal something, it was only after I spent $200 that their attitude changed toward me. They need to get off their high horse and realise they work in a small country town pharmacy and not in Chanel in NY, where I have experience less snobbery.
Horrible experience. The management is very rude and should not be in the healthcare business. Staff yelled 'thank you' at me as I was leaving, then yelled it out even louder, I didn't think it was directed at me but I turned around. I told staff that I had thanked the lovely girl who had served me and staff said I could have also thanked staff. So uncalled for and unusual, I asked if staff was the management and said yes. I was in tears by that point, after just coming from a massage treatment and staff continued to be rude to me as I walked out the door. Horrible experience after a treatment..
i have used this chemist quite a few times over the past few months as my children have been ill.I found all the staff to be friendly & helpful and willing to expan there explanination on anything if requested. Its a pity they dont open a bit earlier, as there has been times when i have had to wait for them to open.
