They have recently moved into the new premises not long ago across the road from where it was previously. It has a new look and feel to it that is modern and less like a bank and more like a professional office suit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smile and asked what service I required. Immediately, she took me to see Rachel one of the customer service specialist in their private rooms. There was no wait, Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed action. I was with my baby, and anyone with a small child would understand it is extremely difficult at times to take to places like the bank and to try and get things done. Rachel was so understandable and went to the back room to pull out a brand new toy for my little one to play with. What better service could you ask for!! I highly recommend this branch and their friendly staff when doing your banking.
