Bank Of Melbourne

I recently came into this branch over the weekend as I had an over the counter transaction to do that wasnt available online. Most Bank of Melbourne has changed their interior outlook, to make it more approachable rather than the traditional old fashion behind the counter banking that you speak through a glass window. I spoke to a young girl about increasing my limit online to enable a transaction to go through as a once off, she mentioned it wasnt available however with past experience I was more than certain I had done this before. She asked me to log on and wasnt able to assist making guesses on where it could possibly be. In the end, the only option she mentioned what an over counter transaction which will cost a $35 fee. I felt quite frustrated as I knew I had done this in the past online before, there was a senior manager there in which I brought it up briefly and bingo!
