To the store new magament "Brian" you are doing and amazing job and already I can see how much better the team is working. Also to the lovely young bank all rounder I believe her name is Rachael the one who shines the brightest does such an amazing job dealing with customers of all natures. Thanks again from it doesn't matter. It is possible to love a bank ??

Service levels have declined. Tellers not as friendly as they used to be. No after hours ATM at the bank and teller has no idea where to go instead advises to use BOQ app, which does not state if the ATM is available 24/7. Only upside: new interior looks great.
