i had a mix up with my "large bank" and a large incorrect payment was made electronically to a BOQ customer. my bank was very unhelpful to say the least, so after 3 weeks fighting to retrieve my money, i went to BOQ at springwood, after giving them the details, they fixed the issue within 10 mins, and i don't even bank with them.

fantastic service. am looking at changing to them as soon as i can.
