I dine here regularly and the food is consistently very good but the desserts are a bit pricey. Staff accommodate well for kids and are helpful if you have allergies and need to check ingredients. The coffee is great & the staff are friendly, however, service can be slooooooow during the busy lunch shift - it can take ages even just to get a coffee, and the place seems understaffed during those times.

Breakfast FINALLY arrived: 11.12am!
Food: tasty but why we had to wait over half an hour for eggs on toast, two serves of raisin toast and one omelette I will never know.
No apologies or any offer of gratis coffee, which I might add arrived at the table half after our food order and was incorrect!
Appalling service.
We WON'T be going back. There are plenty more cafes in the area that do have much better service and happier staff.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.There was no service after we were seated.We were practicly ignored by the waiter and had to ask for the menu,ask to give the order,ask for coffee etc.I will certainly never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
