I have just left this branch after my 3 rd visit and numerous phone calls advising me to come into the bank t0o sort out an 88 dollar transaction , I used the coin counter on a saturday the 2/9 armed with 265.00 in mixed coins after succesfully depositing 65 into my account the machine jammed and shut down , went home counted the remainder which was circa 112 and , so after first visit was told all good its in dispute will sort it, rang testeday and was told I wondered who that bag of coins was and it looks about 80 to 100 dollars so come in tomorrow and sort it out. Well after my visit today I get a call saying it was 38?? exactly 50 short?????? My advice is do not use these coin counters and take your coins into the bank and let them count it in front of you.. had to laugh as the day before they deposited 1381 into my account by mistake but next day I get a call saying it will be debited soi made a note on my bank internet transaction saying BANK SA MISS HAP ...read more
