Most disgusting place ive ever been to, had to change rooms due to how filthy it was, went to a room a little better but still putrid, stains in carpet, used bed sheets, dirty mirrors and tiles, filthy tables a chair that looked 100 years old with rips brown marks and stains on almost on everything and it only got worse at night it seemed to come alive with bugs, cockroaches EVERYWHERE with crickets jumping on us, couldnt stay there even 10 minutes packed out stuff and left would much rather sleep in the car, a nightmare motel come true (would rate this -5 stars)
First room had no shower head,
Was told "yes its ok stand under water
2 nd room was no better, cracked tiles in shower floor, cigarette burns on bed covers, cleaner comes 2 times a wk,
$1 for 10 mins on dryer.. min 40mins
$4 load washing
Says it has kitchen.available,
Toaster.doesnt work, You need to clean everything your self,
You get woken up at 8am every morning to remind you check out is 10,
EVEN.IF YOU STAY MORE THEN ONE NIGHT..
bags of rubbish are left outside permanent residents doors,
People come and.go.24/7
Fights and people turning up in car loads.. Very dirty shabby place
I took pics but not sure how to upload on this site
I stayed here on my recent trip to Sydney. From the outside, it looks just like those motels you see in the American movies on the highway with the vacancy/no vacancy sign. And it pretty much is! The staff are located behind a glass window and the outdated computer and old furniture in the lobby sure give this motel some character. Surprisingly though, the room itself was very pleasant. I found the bed very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was old and constantly having to fight off the ants was rather annoying. The smell is something you'll eventually get use to but overall, I didn't mind my stay here. If i was traveling to Sydney again and needed to be in the area, I'll probably stay here as the pricing was reasonable.
