The cabin is set on a bushy native block with views over the Megalong Valley. It offers gas heating, compact disc player, games and reading material and supplies towels and bed linen plus complimentary breakfast provisions on arrival.The hideaway is easy walking distance to train services to Sydney or Lithgow or to other villages and attractions of the Blue Mountains. A local bus service is also available. During your stay at Banksia Hideaway you can spend the time visiting the countless attractions of this unique World Heritage area, or just spend the time with a good book, curled up relaxing on the back veranda while observing the many birds that are unique to the upper mountains foraging amongst the native flora.
