I have been dealing with Bankwest for a few years now with little or no interaction. I bank across a few of the Sydney banks and find them all to be relatively comparable. However, I recently experienced an issue with one of my accounts and contacted Bankwest to try to get it resolved. After being thrown from consultant to consultant, and finally to a customer complaints officer, it is still not resolved. Most frustratingly, the customer complaints officer seems not to have any timeframes to work to. I recommend Bankwest if you like online banking with little services and do not ever expect to get any issues or problems resolved by the bank quickly or satisfactorily.
