I would not recommend them. I took ages just to place the order. Once it was placed, the artwork took ages to get done and when I received it, it was wrong. I needed the banner by the weekend and was given assurances that it would be there on time. Then they called to say it was delayed and the only way I could get the banner before the weekend was to pick it up myself.

Terrible experience, we got our artwork late not to the right size and when asked to correct this they ignored the issue then told they print artwork in Hong Kong not Sydney and had to get a refund from here. Then finally after almost 2 weeks with being mostly ignored and waiting got our artwork only to be printed on Avery stock and not vinyl like we ordered. Tried to work with them but they were pretty much impossible to get a simple vinyl banner like we ordered so we gave up. Avoid being a customer of this place, you may regret it.

Very poor service and unprofessional. Bought an A4 frame, exactly same as on display. Paid promptly, arrived 2-3weeks late. they didnt know not delivered yet when i followed-up!! then problem with dodgy hinges... promised exchange for 2 months then this response when i followed-up-- "Unfortunately we havent received new stock, this will take time as it comes from overseas and procurement department is overseas as well.
We havent received any other claims from anyone else about the hinge therefore dont think this is a product issue."
so which is your problem?? no stock or not valid product issue?
never going there EVER AGAIN... even if u give me for free!!
