Great food , atmosphere and service. We had delicious lunch, home made canneloni and Cor fritters. Delicious ! The menu has plenty of choices and daily specials. Food is fresh, tasty , well presented and good value. Staff are friendly , helpful and enthusiastic - and a great source of information about the ingredients. This is a wonderful addition to the area.
Ordered a take away sandwich with chicken and avocado. Upon recieving my sandwich the bread was soggy, the avocado rock hard, and the presentation was just awful, almost like they randomly threw the ingredients together, there was no additional wrapping besides the take away bag and no napkins were provided. Mind you it was not busy at all. Disapointing seems like minimum care and passion were put into the composition of this meal. However despite all that I feel I have some positive feedback to leave behind; the chicken was cooked well and the staff were friendly.
Newly opened cafe located outside Coles Five Dock opposite the little playground. My encounters so far have involved Grand Cru coffee, Nutella pancakes and tiramisu and all are worth going back for. The breakfast menu offers an Italian slant on morning staples with dishes like Uova Rosse (eggs baked in Napoletana sauce with grana Padano cheese, mozzarella di bufalo and Bruschetta Tricolore (toasted pan di casa with avocado cream, ricotta and cherry tomatoes).
