Bar Merlo UQ

Not very good servicing with a bit expensive & poor quality coffee

I dislike the service manner of that staff at Merlo UQ.



Staff always shows a stiff face to customers.



Today I ordered a banana bread WITHOUT butter. Staff still put butter over it by mistake. I actually don't mind butter very much. But this staff said to me with stiff face "Are you allergic to butter?"



I was VERY UPSET. You don't treat your customer like this. It is your mistake not to cater to customer's need and you ask me "are you allergic" like it is my peculiarity not to prefer butter on bread!



I really don't want to go to bar merlo anymore because of this staff. There are plenty of cafes on UQ campus.



I will come back when you re-train that staff.
