Really awesome shop and both Jane and Ally are super lovely, talented Barbers! No appointments necessary and a really welcoming enviornment! My haircut was perfect! It's hard to find a salon that knows what to do with short hair, but these girls nail it every time!!! 10/10
These guys are a Barber shop style no appointment salon for ladies. They fixed my short haircut i paid 100 dollars for that had patch work from not knowing how to use clippers. Ally and Jane are the best and most experienced in short hair for women in Brisbane. Recommend Highly !!
Desperately needed an affordable hair cut and time out after an exhausting few weeks in Brisbane supporting a critically ill relative in hospital. After Googling, I decided to risk Barber Girl - BIG mistake. I couldn't wait to leave the salon after the most unpleasant and disconcerting experience I've ever had in a hairdresser's chair. The barber was painfully slow, nicked my ear with the clippers, ripped out the hair roots with the scissors ("it's the most effective thinning technique") and left me with a painful burning sensation across the back of my neck after shaving. The pain grew steadily worse after I left and, by sun down, I was alarmed to see large blisters and red welts had developed on my neck. I took painkillers and tried to soothe the area with a cold washer, to no avail. The next day, the back of my neck was covered in large embarrassing, open, weeping wounds - not ideal when visiting somebody in ICU. I showed a professional hairdresser who said the ...read more
