Called up to see if I could make an appointment and told rudely that they don't take appointments and I should just walk in. A walk-in hairdresser is a great idea but rude staff is not. I didn't even bother after my interaction with the rude guy on the phone. Seems like others have also encountered a similar service attitude. You're hairdressers, not rocket scientists, lose the attitude!
Can only speak for the Richmond shop. Really average pool of barbers. Totally not interested in listening and consulting with you. They just cut my hair they way they thought was best???...Expensive too, didn't even ask how I wanted the back cut, just did it. Really disappointed. Please, for the sake of your hair look elsewhere.
