Barberella Hair

I gave simple instructions at the beginning about wanting my hair dyed and just a minor trim on my hair and fringe but the hair dresser cut double and insome areas triple the amount she said she would. My fringe was also cut an inch shorter than I asked. My hair was long and was longer at the back which I loved but now is cut all the one length.
The colour was done well however.
The salon was good with allowing me to only pay for the colour but I was unhappy that I was made to confront the hairdresser herself about the problem which made it difficult for me to express what was wrong as she was of course wanting to justify her actions which was understandable. I should have been able to talk to a manager instead.
I have had to buy hair extensions to feel better about my hair oncemore. I would suggest to only go to this salon if you don't know what it is you want, because they are not interested in listening to customers.

I was in Melbourne a few months ago visiting a friend and found myself with some time to kill and decided to go get my hair cut. I walked in not really expecting an appointment but luckily these guys had a vacancy.

As a hairdresser myself i was impressed at how great the feeling of the salon was and how welcomed I felt considering it was my first time.

Nichaud cut my hair and I can honestly say it was the first time in a long time I can say I absolutely LOVED my hair cut usually I like my cuts after two weeks but I felt like she listened to what I wanted, was patient with how picky I am and I got the best haircut I've ever had. I cannot wait to come and get my hair done at this salon again! I thought I lost the business card and was devastated but only recently found it again. Thank you so much and I cannot wait to come back.
