Cracked tiles, cracked grout, gaps in the grouting, some tiles not flat, irreparably damaged porous (encaustic)tiles that have been stained with grout because tiles were not sealed first, and shower area tiles done below measurements requested (our shower is now not waterproof because the screen does not meet the tiles). Not much went well in this job. Steve the tiler was given the chance to rectify these issues but he has done a runner and won't respond to calls, texts, emails. I don't like writing negative reviews but when someone doesn't own up to their mistakes then you are left with little choice. Pay more to go with another tiler, it will save you in the long run.
