I was looking to buy a small step for myself after seeing one that I liked I placed it on the ground and gently put my right foot onto the top of it, My foot went straight through the top of the step braking it and gashing my ankle. The staff came to see and all they said was that I now owe for the breakage I was never asked how my leg was OR if I needed medical assistant they never even looked at my leg.
