Have had my cars serviced here for more than 20 years. Never had any issues or problems and well skilled staff. Sound advice on service intervals and what parts to use for safe and efficent motoring. They also provide me with a great roadside support program that thankfully i have never had to use.
Called in for a quote for change or remachine rotors. Quote for $450 to $550 from Tracey. Came back to pick up the car with bill for $1100(don't remember the exact amount due to the state of rage). Brakes changed, reg log book service done and also slip for Rego.
Why have you done the service and rego slip? We thought we save you the drive back.
Have been using this business for years. Yes they are super thorough in the maintenance of my cars, rather that than an accident. My cars have been varied from European, Asian American and of course the mighty blue oval. The team have always been professional with me my wife and my 22 year old niece.
In relation to customer service they are fantastic always letting us know if the car is delayed due to parts or future recommendations that will need to be done. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Yes they did fix the car up tip top, but knowing that her bill would be in excess of $800 I feel should warrant a courtesy call for confirmation to proceed. When I confronted the mechanic about it he kindly offered to wave the $70 fee for rotating her worn tyres from the front to the back, a task designed to put the tyres with the best tread in the harder working position, being the front on her little front wheel drive car. A generous offer indeed, so generous that I checked it once the car was home to find that the tyre wear difference between front and rear was no more than 1mm, hardly worth changing in the first place let alone being charged $54 plus ...read more
