Terrible service, went in early in the morning when they were very quiet and was ignored for at least 5 minutes, then to add insult another person walks in the door and was served before even reaching the counter, a quick walk around to the bakery is a far better option

Have had good experience in the past hence why I went back BUT I am ashamed of what I experienced very recently. I understand that sometimes these places can get busy however after waiting 50 minutes and seeing the fried food part of my order sit in the bain-marie for half an hour (what I thought was understands) I did not want soggy food. One of the ladies (perhaps the owner) said our burgers would only be an extra couple of minutes and when we explained we didn't want to take the soggy food she got frustrated at us and explained how they had been busy... It was even busy enough to explain the awful slow service. When we asked for fresh fried food the lady got annoyed at us and started to argue with us. She said "then you will complain that your burgers are soggy by the time this food is cooked again" we explained we would take them home and start feeding the (very hungry by now) family.
