Barmargs Carpet Cleaning

Abysmal. I hired Barmarg's to clean the carpet in my apartment prior to new tenants moving in. It was definitely vacuumed, but the carpet did not appear to have been steam-cleaned, despite me paying them to do so. Barmarg's adamently insisted that the carpet had been steam-cleaned; if this is true, the quality is incredibly poor (no clean smell, no 'lines' on the carpet, simple stains remained). I had to pay a different service to re-clean the carpet and I was not offered a refund from Barmarg's after telling them that this was the case.
