I just had my engagment ring repaired here after the band became misshapened.
I happened to be walking past the shop one day before the day that I was told to collect it and thought that I would pop in to see if it was ready to save myself another trip.
The owner was extremely rude. After telling her that I had just popped in to see if it was ready she stared at me blankly and said "yeah do you have a ticket?" Extremely passive agressive
I showed her the ticket and she started lecturing me about the date pickup date that was on the slip. I asked her why she was speaking to me so rudely and she tried to backpedal by blaming herself, but it was obvious that she thinks she is a very important person and was looking down on me.
There are so many other jewelers around, I would never go back here to deal with her passive agressive behavior. The lady needs to take some sort of customer service course.
