Located in the beautiful Otway Hinterlands, Barnyard Cottage offers relaxing, affordable, pet-friendly accommodation, only 20 minutes from Lorne and the Great Ocean Rd.

Barnyard Cottage, situated on the edge of the friendly little village of Deans Marsh, is within easy walking distance to the shop and cafes. Deans Marsh now has 3 cafes and restaurants, one with an art gallery, two with regular live music.

Barnyard Cottage provides a full kitchen with electric stove and a Coonara wood heater. There is a gas heater in the living area. There are three fans for hot days.
A circular staircase leads to the upstairs queen bedroom, bathroom and large rear deck with picturesque views.
We supply linen, towels and bedding as well as some basic toiletries, hairdryer, iron, TV and DVD player and a BBQ. Our water is supplied by rainwater tanks.

Barnyard Cottage welcomes your pets, supplying dog beds and bowls and a securely fenced yard. Your pet is welcome inside though we offer throw rugs for protection of furniture and request that they do not sleep on the bed.
