Pretty good, Garry followed up on a regular basis as to how the current pattern of the market was. I however always did my own homework as I am interested in real estate and had a very fair idea as to what the market trend was. The purchasers have benefited with a very good buy looking at what other vendors are asking in the Gelorup area. Naturally, we would have liked just a tad more for our property at 20 Ducame Rd Gelorup, but very pleased and relieved to obtain a purchaser after property being on the market for 3.5 years. We had lots of interest, but a long time to obtain an offer. That was due to the market trend over that period.
