Dylan came out to assess the whole computer as it wasn't working, he ran some tests and it fell short of its 'benchmark'. He got it working, sped it up and cleared it from the unwanted, but suggested if we wanted it any better we should add or change some hardware. He offered to take the computer home with him and return in the following day which was great! But as I needed it urgently because of the time lost with it not working, he came back the very next day. Its also worth mentioning, previous guy who came to look at it told me its time was up!
