Joel was excellent. Gave advise on best system for my needs and installed. Air conditioning is perfect! Been great for years. Great price! Great service! Absolutely brilliant!!

My Experience with Barrenjoey Air unfortunately has been negative. I got an air-con installed with Joel in my rental property apartment in Dee Why early last year (2019) and did change my mind on a minor item after installation and called Joel to return to correct the issue at my cost. He said no problem.

Many months passed with no word from Joel. In Mid-winter 2019 (a quiet period for air-con installation) contact was again made with Joel and he said he would fix the issue. At the same time I was recommending Joel to the other owners in my building and arranged a time for him to fix my minor issue ( estimate 5 min job to cover internal pipes from floor to air-con unit, length of 2 meters) at the same time as the other installation in my building. Would highly recommend Joel and his team. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will defiantly be recommending them to my friends. The were very helpful and informative with all my queries. Neat and tidy. Overall very happy with the installation.

Highly recommend. Joel arrived on time with a can do attitude. The work that was carried out was exceptional. The installation of my A/C system was a smooth operation. Affordability and workmanship were my two main needs and Joel provided both.
