Well that confuses me. Unless I get an apology from him and his staff for the way he handled my business, I'm not taking this comment off review. Wouldn't return calls repeatedly, did work I didn't ask for, charged more than quoted because of that work, didn't communicate with me unless I rang a number of times and got exasperated with staff. Promised delivery and didn't deliver , leaving me stranded. Told my Bartercard agent one thing and relayed a different message to me via his staff. refused to let me have the car even though the Bartercard dealer guaranteed payment. Just want to know why.
