Barry Plant Altona Meadows is not a good option if you are thinking to look for a rental property agent as they are very LAZY in terms of communicating with their tenants! I have been chasing them with different problems they left FOR ME as tenant to fix before even getting the property fixed before leasing. A staff working there which I don't want to name was extremely helpful in the beginning BUT that's the end of this " Red Carpet Experience" They claim. and they were no where to be contacted and email from their "business card" seems to be a JOKE. they HARDLY reply to URGENT matter. They only email and they needed something 'THATS IT' and when you reply, FINALLY wish yourself a good luck to hear from them. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 1 out of 10 and reception staff is very not friendly and unhelpful over the phone.

No stars. We were referred to point cook barry plant by another office we had sold another property with, from the begining the agent assigned seem disinterested and lacked motivation. No communication after inspections snc we had to chase them up for feedback constantly. When the exclusive period was up we told them we wish to terminate their services to which the management (of whom we have never heard from before this) called and threatened to tell all prospective buyers they will persuade them away from our property which us now listed with another agency. Unprofessional not recommended.
