The pharmacists was excellent and very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed, but when I got to the front counter, the great customer service was lost when the assistant was texting on her phone. I waited a few moment then had to say "excuse me" in which she replied "come over here" (or something of that matter). I was shocked that the assistant would just blatantly ignore me like that and use her phone while working. This happened a week ago and I ask the owner to review CTV footage as proof. May or may not shop there again. Undecided.
Barts The chemist Has been Around a long time i first went to them in 1969 when i lived in Brighton Victoria , I now live in Springvale South victoria i still go to Barts sometimes and i have always found them very helpful and give really fantastic service, and i want to say to all the staff thank you specially the wonderful Couple who Started the business all Those years ago and still play an active role.
