Baskin Robbins

The store is located in the piazza outside. Friendly and attentive service and there's lots of different flavours to choose from. We had a vanilla thickshake and a chocolate cookie crackle thickshake - both were thick and creamy with the chocolate cookie crackle flavour a darker take on cookies and cream.

I love Baskin & Robbins ice-cream. Hokey Pokey is my ultimate favourite. I love the waffle cones but not at this store as I believe they make them well in advance so they don't have that soft waffle texture they're just super crunchy and fall apart.

Yes, I'm addicted to Baskin Robbins. No, I will not be going back to this store. The staff who served me was on a different planet - I had to repeat myself several times (and slow down???) so that the staff understood what I wanted. The other staff members (possibly management) were abrupt and indifferent to other customers who entered the store. Would rather grab some ice-cream from Woolies next time!

I think trying Baskin Robbins last week at this store was one of the biggest mistakes - I'M ADDICTED!!! Chocolate peanut butter, choc chip cookie dough, mint choc chip, cotton candy, love potion - I've tried each of these flavours and I can't wait to try the rest!

Baskin Robbins as a brand have a great product but this stores service is beyond terrible! Have had multiple bad experiences at this store and was actually yelled at yesterday for trying to use a valid voucher and was refused service! Will NEVER spend another cent at that store!
