I first met with Denise from BAS & BALANCES in October 2015, as I had heard about the Xero system of business accounting. We had been using another book keeper and the MYOB system, but I was keen to explore other options for our home business. Denise spent the day with me to show me the benefits of the Xero system, and she then converted our 2014 – 2015 business file onto the new system. Within one day of Denise teaching me, I had a grasp on how to use Xero for our timber flooring business accounts. Denise taught me how to reconcile on a day to day basis, and to create reports as needed. She assisted in setting up the add on of Receipt Bank, and taught me how to utilise this too. Denise and her team at Bas & Balances are always available to assist whenever I have issues, or questions in regards to our book keeping, even out of general business hours.
