Don't take your car to Bass Hill Sydney Carwash!! I paid for a full detail and not only was the car NOT clean they also broke my rear view mirror right off the windscreen!!! I was advised the management would contact me and over a month later nothing!! I rang the main office and explained the situation and left my details and no response!! Horrible customer service and they damaged my car and didn't even have the decency to return my phone calls!! Would never reccomend Bass Hill car wash
Excellent place to get the car washed while shopping! The upstairs hand car wash is great, the lads working there are very friendly, offering a seat when I came back a little too early to pick up the car. The wash itself, windows etc were spotless, one drawback was they didn't wash/clean that area around your boot, where boot lid meets car (it seems to be a common part of the car missed by many) apart from that the service was good, pricing excellent and they offer everything from a quick outside wash to full service wash and wax.
