Bass Hill Vet

Came here for the first time and they were so accommodating, the service was great and the customer service was good. Our vet was so caring and understanding, no matter how many questions we asked or how many queries we made about keeping our boy healthy she thoroughly explained and didn't get annoyed like a vet in our past who was very condescending each time we asked any kind of questions! The price is also very reasonable for the service they provide compared to a lot of other vets in the area. Upon entering it smelt exquisitely clean and was so neat and tidy, good job guys. New to the area. Needed to see a vet for my sick dog. Decided to use Bass Hill Vet and were extremely impressed with the overall experience. Saw Dr David and he was very thorough and caring with my dog. He worked out what was wrong with my dog in no time and saved my dogs life. I am very grateful. I also met other vets and they seemed very professional and caring as well. I can highly recommend this vet to anyone. They are great!

We had a horrible experience at this vet. We were kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time when we had an appointment . The worse thing was the way the vet spoke to us. The vet tried to guilt us into very expensive treatment that we couldn't afford. The vet had no compassion whatsoever . If we chose this vet to do the operation we would have had to wait 4 days til they could do it. I think that this was totally unreasonable to let an animal suffer for days on end. Apart from this I did not like the wAy we were spoke to very rude
