Traditional Korean Barbecue.Bassim Strathfield, is a traditional Korean barbecue restaurant with a difference.
Diners are given the option of bringing their own meats or seafood or selecting a cut from our a la carte menu.
We recommend that you select and eat your favorite plain dish first, followed by a marinated dish and finished with a hot or cold noodle dish serviced with rice to cleanse the palate.
The flavor of the meats and the grill combined with the various side dishes and salads will make sure that your taste buds receive a meal to remember.
Meats can be marinated to your personal preference. We offer BYO and are licensed and are open 7 days for lunch and dinner.

Korean BBQ!!!! located just outside of the Heart of Strathfield BASSIM does korean bbq with exhaust machine.
They have heaps of side dishes and meat to choose from, its located across the multiplex parking so its really close by.
Make sure you order the porkbelly and ribs for the BBQ!!!!
Food was very tasty though we were a bit unsure of the best way to cook it. Not much guidance for the novice of korean bbqs but it was lots of fun trying. I also liked how the menu had one highlighted recommended dish in each category, if it all looked foreign and you wanted to try their specialties. Nice array of free side dishes. Love the coal table bbq, never seen those used before, only seen gas ones. Will definitely be going again.
