Recently I bought a pair of boots which I took with me to New Zealand for a months break. While at Queenstown it began to snow and the temperature went down to -7, with a top of 0.9. We were snowed in for a day due to a dump of 2.5 feet. I have never been so cold in my whole life nor have I worn so many thermals. My boots kept me very warm and dry the whole time, and with only wearing one pair of thick socks.In fact my feet were never cold once at all. I was extremely impressed by how well the boots functioned in the snow, mud and ice. I did skid twice in the ice, as did many else, but apart from that they functioned very well. I thought you might like some encouraging feed back. One of the best buys of my life, and for around $80 I will certainly look at buying similar boots again.
