Bateau Bay Licensed Post Office

The Bateau Bay post office owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. I live in Bateau Bay and they have been great for years.

The staff that work here are quite nice and try their hardest..... however.... the other staff are not.



They are rude.



I will not give them 1cent of my business ever again.

after having had an appalling telephone conversation with them (i was completely gobsmacked by the rudeness and lack of co-operation and advice) i put it down to perhaps they were having a 'bad day'. i have just returned from this post office again after being so rudely spoken to, patronised, yelled at and treated like a complete idiot. i tried to re-send the same package that was sent two weeks ago however they tried to charge me more than double then they denied it was sent by them even though it had their post mark etc. disgusting treatment and i will take my business elsewhere as there was no need for such treatment as i am a very polite, easy going person who just needed something sent without any drama. disappointing to say the least. :-(

This is the worst post office I have ever been to, one person who works there is the rudest person I have ever met, very un helpful, very abrupt.

I live in Bateau Bay but am going to pay for a post box in Wamberal so I never have to deal with this post office ever ever again..

My feelings are shared by many people in my area!

The customer service is 2nd to none, the staff are always friendly, caring and helpful.
