Best Doctor and Surgery we have ever been to !
We recommend Dr Sidhu , He is the best Doctor we have ever had!
I am 59 yrs old born and bred Australian and Dr Sidhu beats all the other doctors I have seen hands down.Even my fifteen years old daughter says he's the best.
This surgery is Bulk Billed has good parking and has a nice big air-conditioned waiting room, can't understand why anyone would complain !
I Reckon they are either fake or a bunch of petty complainers !

I've been with this centre for a short while and I fully agree with "Poor Patient" about the Docs and Staff. Noticed how rude and "bossy" one reception staff was on a few occasions. She's the oldest one there and probably the manager because all the other staff often refer matters to her for guidance or approval. The tone and manner she spoke to a few patients absolutely put me off. And recently I overheard her talking on the phone about a request for a transfer of medical records. She was obviously aggitated and insisted on charging a fee for that request and griped about it behind the counter. She seemed to resent that patient for some unknown reason. How spiteful! It's no wonder that patient wanted to go to another GP. I'm not coming back to them anymore.

Although waiting time can be quite long, Dr Tham and Dr Devi are very professional and thorough unlike many other doctors that do health checks superficially. Best GP I have been to in Perth!

This Bateman Medical Ctr must be one of the worst clinic i even been to. The doctor attending was not thorough, although friendly but not professional. The staff are equally non-professional. What a waste of time and money!
