Customer service that was SO bad that it made me laugh - and want to share what an appalling company they are. We invested over $3000 at Bathroom Warehouse and despite some delays and inaccurate measurements from these supposed designers we were relatively happy... until they misplaced a toilet roll holder! Again not a big problem but when I asked how they would get it to me and suggested a taxi would work (a cost of <$10 to them for their mistake) I got told "stop complaining about first world problems" and that I "needed to suck it up"! The staff who was very fast to point out their "architect degree" obviously doesn't realise their job is to offer customer service. Be warned and stay away!!!! Ironically this purchase was just for an ensuite, we are doing our master bathroom next, we know to head straight to other warehouse now!
