Bathurst Aquatic Centre

Disappointing that every time I attend and pay for the spa and sauna, there are kids in the spa and tons of people coming and going from the spa and sauna without wrist bands. The staffs at the reception area don't have any customer service skills, they don't even smile or make you feel welcome.

The lazy river is never switched on and even if it is on they don't have the squirting water switched on on the sides which is always disappointing to my kids and the umbrella water seems like it doesnt work very well its only a fine mist.

The life guards don't seem to do anything they sort of just walk around and do their hair and they all look like they have just woken up and climbed out of bed they just yawn and talk to each other, I wouldn't trust them to save my life.

Over all, its not bad, but I have begun to drive my kids to another pool where the service and facilities are a bit better
