I had a rather unpleasant experience at the Caloundra store where one of the store assisants badly damaged my Pro clippers trying to get a battery out. I am sure it was pretty obvious it wasn't going to work but he kept trying and destroyed the whole case on every side. These are used in my profession and are now unusable so I have contacted Wahl for a new casing and battery. As it turns out the battery comes on the circuit board and it could never have been replaced by Battery World anyway.

In Aprill/ May 2015 I spent $996 at Beenleigh branch on solar batteries that didn't perform as well as the previous ones. After 3 visits from an employee who couldn't explain why, I was told to seek an independent report as there will be no refund because the wholesaler won't reimburse Battery World/ Beenleigh. I have since purchased more batteries. Thank you for NOTHING Battery World
