Battery World Bunbury

Was recommended and sold a battery for a wheelchair van. $499. Battery flat in 3 days. Continual problems. Had to use the car every 3 to 4 days and if the battery was used under load like at night, the volts would drop so the wheelchair equipment would not work. After it went flat again, took the battery back. Because they could fully charge the battery, no service, no responsibility and no returns. Out of frustration, went and got a new battery from elsewhere. Half the price and guess what, no problems. If you buy here, hope you have no problems because you won't get your money back. They have a method of keeping your money and not taking no responsibility.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Would not test battery when asked and would not honour warranty. Then found out they are a lot more expensive than 'battery all types'.

Do NOT waste your time and money going here.
