Expensive but it is well worth it. No line, cash only. Sugar cane prawns rolls wraps are a must at this place.

Layout of the place reminds you of Vietnam street food court, the food is was great but depends what you get. Family style sharing plates are ideal here or most of their rice dish but the soup and stock dishes are mediorce.

Porkchop and rice, dry vercilli noodles with grilled meats, sweet and sour soup with braised fish and other stir fried dishes are good to get.

I love Vietnamese food in Canley Heights ! This Bau Truong has an extensive menu and the food here is very popular with the locals. I came here specificall for the Grilled Pork and rice noodle on prawn crackers and its amazing !

This is definitely one of my go-to places for vermicelli salad bowl. Without fail, I don't stray from that dish and it's been pretty good every time. Not a super fancy place but it's all about the food anyway!

Hands down my favourite Vietnamese restaurant. Much better menu than their sister restaurant in Marrickville. The salads are amazing - Crispy Salmon and pork belly, Beef & green apple, and soft shell crab rice paper rolls. Also the bun with both spring rolls and grilled pork is awesome.
